AES - Malaysia's Questionable project

Is Privatizing Traffic Enforcement the right way?
What it has shown so far is:
1) The cost of installation and maintenance is WAY BEYOND ---- unbelievably more costly (ques: where dis the money actuall go... who is getting rich from all this?
2) Why must a REVENUE earning enforcement project be given to private companies?
3) Money from summons which should be the revenue for the people is surely going to a some 'well-connected' company or individuals.... Is this a way to make some 'few-special' people rich?
4) AES has not reduced the accident rates but has actually grossly increased the summonses issued and lining the coffer of som private individuals/s

Educationist Nazis in Malaysia

First our teachers & PTA acts intolerably & attack (more like stupidly) against lesbians and gays in Malaysia.  Now we exams questions attacking opposition leaders and 'sponsor racism'!
What is our Education Ministry doing about racism in Malaysia?
Very little its seems ! .....Cultivating Nazism in Malaysia?

Defaming Penang CM akin to Nazi Germany tactics
Zairil Khir Johari - Malaysiakini (letter)

Outrageous defamation of Guan Eng in the STPM trial examinations is nothing more than a malicious personal attack based on fabricated lies and a shameless attempt at brainwashing students.

According to press reports, state-wide STPM trial examinations in Johor contain an inflammatory question-and-answer scheme that asserts the implication that Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's "warning" to schools in Penang not to subscribe to Malay mainstream newspapers is "racist and impeding integration among races".

What's in the Budget 2013?

Do you believe the Budget 2013 will help the ordinary Malaysians in the near future?
Why no curb in rising property prices?... who are owning the residential properties these day?... certainly not the ones who need housing.
To many the Budget is 'good' that we get some 'small money' until the election!
After that?.....

Shocking! Statutory Rape can be consensual?

Latest news that has shocked the Nation and every parent that wants to protect their child!

It would seem that the latest verdict by our courts has ruled that The Courts in Malaysia can at any time rule that statutory rape can be consensual!
Only in Malaysia!

By definition worldwide:
Statutory rape refers to sexual relations/acts involving someone below the "age of consent."
ANY PERSON below the age of consent cannot legally consent to having sex. This means that sex with them, by definition, violates the law. (no such thing as consensual!)

SHOCKING THE NATION
HOW THEN can The Court of Appeal even state that sex had been consensual?

Malaysia: prosecuting the Whistle Blowers?

Malaysia still prosecuting Whistle-blowers?

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 6 — Putrajaya’s move to charge Rafizi Ramli has only served to raise the PKR strategy chief’s public stature in the run-up to key national polls as it appears to run counter to the federal government’s pledge to combat corruption, a Singapore paper suggested today.

Rafizi was charged on August 1 with violating the Banking and Financial Institutions Act (BAFIA) in exposing confidential banking details related to National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp), in a case that has put whistleblower protection laws under greater scrutiny.  read more at:

Port of Penang sold because it is profitable?

Questions Malaysians are asking:
  1. Why should a profit making port be privatized?
  2. Isn't selling the people's asset to private individuals a move in making someone else rich at the expense of the people?

Malaysians cry for free and fair elections!

Many Malaysians believe there is a real need for a better 'No governmental' influence in the election process. Yet the powerful arms of the 'executive' is in control of all things related to the elections. Some  59,000 foreigners have been registered as voters in Malaysia, raising suspicion over their status as voters and the system of registration.
Something is very wrong if a federal government continues to resist any clean up of the corrupted electoral roll!
Malaysians all over to join together to Bersih 3.0
